When you purchase an item through Flip and Find using the "Buy Now" button, a Buyer Protection fee is applied. This fee activates Buyer Protection for your order.

What’s Covered?

Buyer Protection applies until your order is completed. You’re eligible for a refund if your item:
Never arrives
Is damaged in transit
Is significantly not as described

💡 Tip: If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival, we recommend refusing delivery to help secure your refund.

Bundle Purchases

If an issue occurs with an item in a bundle, you must return all items in the bundle to receive a refund. Refunds apply to the entire bundle, not individual items.

What’s Not Covered?

Buyer Protection does not apply if the item:
❌ Doesn’t fit
❌ Isn’t your style

What can you do?

  • Contact the seller to request a return (approval is at their discretion).
  • Resell the item in your Flip and Find closet.

How to Get a Refund

Follow these 4 steps to claim your refund:

1. Submit Your Claim Within 2 Days

  • Tap "I have an issue" in your conversation with the seller within 2 days after the order status updates to “Delivered” (even if the item didn’t arrive).
  • This suspends the order, and we’ll hold your payment until the issue is resolved.

🚨 Important: If you miss the 2-day window or tap "Everything is OK," Buyer Protection will no longer apply, and we won’t be able to refund you. You may still resolve the issue directly with the seller.

2. Chat with the Seller or Contact Us

Once you've submitted your claim, you have two options:

Keep the item: Tap "View issue details" → "Resolve this issue" to complete the order and release payment to the seller.

Return the item: If you and the seller agree on a return, you can proceed with sending the item back.

If you can’t reach an agreement with the seller, contact us via the issue details screen, and we’ll step in. If we determine the item is significantly not as described, we’ll issue a refund.

3. Return the Item

  • Buyers typically cover return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with the seller.
  • You may use any shipping provider, as long as package tracking is available.

4. Receive Your Refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e-wallet or account used for purchase).
  • Processing times vary depending on the payment method.
